For the second time in a week, Time Warner Cable has dropped CBS Owned Television Stations. This blackout affects millions in areas including New York City and Los Angeles.
Last Sunday at midnight, the contract between TWC and CBS officially expired, and CBS programming was pulled from Time Warner systems. However, just a half hour later, at the request of CBS, Time Warner Cable restored programming in all areas affected. The new deadline passed at 5pm today, and Time Warner Cable pulled CBS from it's systems. In New York City, WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV were pulled from the number one television market in America.
